Greg Machin served 22 years in the British Army Band Service (Corps of Army Music) rising to the rank of WO1 Bandmaster. During that time he wrote and arranged numerous works spanning the wind band repertoire.
Greg has written three award winning original marches and several internationally renowned fanfares. His music has been performed across the world and can still be regularly heard performed by the Brigade of Guards in London. His arrangements have been performed in places such as the Edinburgh Tattoo, the Royal Albert Hall and throughout the United States of America. His original works and arrangements can be heard on internationally available recordings.
Greg has written and arranged music for the Band of the Coldstream Guards, The Brigade of Guards, The French Foreign Legion, the Australian Army Band and many other organisations.
